On the border between Umbria and Tuscany and on the banks of Lake

the medieval fortress which dominates all of Trasimeno and enjoys

Wednesday morning you can shop at the market which is set up
around the streets of the village. Walk down from the village to
reach the shore of the lake where you can spend the day relaxing
on the beaches and the evening enjoying live entertainment in one
of the bars.
At the port there is a ferry service which takes
visitors to the wonderful islands on the lake.
