The estate has a vineyard (6 hectares) which produces an excellent D.O.C. wine of Trasimeno. The grapes, the sole product of the estate, is harvested by the Cantina del Trasimeno winery.

The farmhouse is partly surrounded by the vineyard and partly by a Mediterranean woods, rich in wildlife, mushrooms and truffles. It is a peaceful oasis and the ideal place for discovering the pleasures of country life.

From the highest tower you can enjoy views of Lake Trasimeno, only 5 minutes away by car.

Guests can also use the barbecue and the wood burning oven which is ideal for pizza and eating alfresco.

Our farmhouse accommodation is made up of 4 apartments: 2 which sleep 2 people and 2 which sleep 4.

The interiors of all the apartments have been carefully restored by local craftsmen, with attention paid to maintain traditional Umbrian style.

The typical homely atmosphere of a country house with the creature comforts necessary to ensure a very relaxing holiday.
